List of Recommended Soybean Varieties for Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Sikkim (Kharif 2024)

01 June 2024, New Delhi: Indian Institute of Soybean Research (IISR) has recommended the following soybean varieties for the farmers of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Sikkim. This recommendation is based on agro-climatic conditions and suitability of the variety.

Below is the list of recommended soybean varieties for Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Sikkim (Kharif 2024):- MACS 1407, MACS 1460, NRC 132, NRC 147, NRC 128, NRC. 136, N.R.C.S.L.-1, R.S.C. 11-07, R.S.C. 10-46, A.M.S. 2014-1 (Punjab), Shalimar Soybean-1 (Jammu & Kashmir); Udmayam Soybean (Meghalaya), Dabarsa Soybean-3, R.S.C. 11-15 (Chhattisgarh)
