31 May 2024, New Delhi: Indian Institute of Soybean Research (IISR) has recommended the following soybean varieties for farmers of Maharashtra Vidarbha & Marathwada. This recommendation is based on agro-climatic conditions and suitability of the variety.

List of Recommended Soybean Varieties for Maharashtra Vidarbha & Marathwada is given below (Kharif 2024):- NRC 142, NRC 138, NRC 130, NRC 150, NRC-152, NRC 127, JS 21-72, JS 20-94, JS 20-98, JS 20.116, RVSM 2011-35, RVS 76, RVS 24, R.V.S. 18, A.M.S. 100-39, A.M.S. 1001, A.M.S.M.B. 5-18

Varieties released by Maharashtra State:- MAUS 725, KDS 992
